Aircraft Livery

The livery flown by 228 OCU in 1954 not presently clear. After extensive search, only one colour example could be found. Without any further sources is shown in the image below

Other details are also unclear suck as the tail letter the aircraft was using:

“I remember being strapped in for my first flight on March 25th 1963 I. WS788 C for Charlie”.
